Refund policy

We want you to love your pieces from Soleil & Salt!

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with no makeup, stains, odors, or other signs of wear. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted. 

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

• Bodysuits
• Swimwear
• Accessories
• Jewelry
• Items purchased at 20% off or more, including promotional and Black Friday purchases

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for one year from the date issued.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours from delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
